5. Membership Validity & Free 1-Click Cancellation
Each subscription has a billing period of 1 month starting from the exact moment of activation. It renews automatically every month according to your selected plan.
Cancellation Freedom: Users can cancel automatic renewal at any time before their renewal date directly from My Purchases with one click—no phone calls, no hidden fees, and no penalties. Upon cancellation, you retain full access through the end of your prepaid monthly period.
6. Refund Policy
Because our platform provides immediate access to live proprietary analytics and real-time wallet tracking feeds, refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by banking gateway issues.
- Verifiable technical inability to access the service during the first 7 calendar days after purchase, not caused by client network or hardware issues.
